Dutch design studio Universe Architecture, led by architect Janjaap Ruijssenaars, designed a modular housing solution that can change its configuration by adding housing units and elements such as balconies and shutters that stack like Tetris blocks. The Tetris House uses a steel structure as its base to create maximum flexibility for developers building housing units. Thanks to its versatility, the project can be licensed to developers who are looking to give their future residents the power of choice.
