Francin Bistro, a new project by DDAANN Studio, is located outside the center of Prague.
Francin Bistro is a family business of local residents, which brings the attributes of a good bistro in to the prague´s Malešice: Quality coffee, hot and cold drinks, sweet and salty homemade goodies and welcoming atmosphere of the place where you can sit in peace. The heart of the company is “bar” sales counter and open kitchen, where you can watch the preparation of food and drinks. On the counter is exposed most of the seasonings, so you immediately know what you want. With later evening the bistro can turn into a bar, where there is no disgrace to have something stronger to drink. Whether you come in the morning or evening, you can sit at one of the tables in front of the bar, or on a raised “separé“ stage. It has more “club“ character thanks to a well-equipped library and a gramophone with a selection of classic long-playing records.
