The dwelling is disposed in two pavilions with 1.5m in height between them, connected by a set of stairs, allowing the ocean and nature view from any space. The difference of levels in turn provides a void at the bottom, which is prefect for parties, meetings and other such activities.

The roof boasts an beautiful view of the sea and features a comfortable patio area with benches, a day-style bed, and table and chairs.
