At the 63rd Salone del Mobile.Milano, Pedrali presented a cohesive vision across indoor and outdoor living, unveiling nine new collections alongside expansions of existing lines. The stand, designed by DWA Design Studio, took cues from the Case Study Houses Program, emphasizing practical architecture and thoughtful layouts. The installation stretched over 1,000 square meters, where architectural grids, slatted ceilings, and soft partitions created distinct atmospheres. The design emphasized spatial rhythm, alternating between open courtyards, lounge zones, and quiet residential corners.

While the fair served as the stage, the furniture itself delivered the performance. The new releases reinforced Pedrali as a brand focused on precision-built products for residential and contract use, developed through long-term collaborations.

Griante: Woven Craft Reimagined

Griante brings together craftsmanship and engineering through a handwoven seat and backrest made in Italy using recyclable polypropylene yarn. CMP Design developed both an ash wood indoor version and a teak outdoor version, giving the chair flexibility in material without compromising its form. The generous proportions of the seat and the geometric pattern of the weave balance comfort and structure. Designed for versatility, Griante works as a side chair, armchair, or lounge option.

Opale: Sculpted Softness for Residential and Hospitality Settings

Patrick Jouin returns with Opale, a thoughtfully shaped armchair that prioritizes visual continuity. Solid ash or walnut legs taper into a steel frame, while the soft curves of the backrest and armrests are molded in injected polyurethane foam. A concealed handle at the rear of the backrest blends into the form, while elastic belts in the seat enhance comfort. Lightweight and easy to move, Opale suits both refined dining spaces and relaxed hospitality environments.

Kawara: Directional Light with Japanese Inspiration

Japanese designer Yusuke Kawai draws from traditional roof tiles with Kawara, a modular lighting collection. Available as pendant or floor versions, Kawara can take the form of a single extruded aluminium piece or a series of adjustable segments joined by small rings. Grooved backs add visual detail, while dimmable LED strips allow precise control of light. Kawara’s adaptability works across dining, living, and working spaces.

Coney: Urban-Ready Steel Seating

Coney, also designed by CMP Design, introduces a mono-material outdoor collection with a tubular steel frame. The vertical slats on the backrest and horizontal seat slats form a recognizable grid that gives structure without excess weight. Stackable and powder-coated for outdoor use, Coney comes as a side chair, armchair, or lounge version, and is ideal for public seating, patios, and casual dining setups.

Lamorisse Lounge: Outdoor Comfort with Stackable Practicality

The Lamorisse family expands with new outdoor lounge seating that pairs a lightweight extruded aluminium frame with soft, weather-resistant cushions. CMP Design focused on functional ease: removable cushion covers zip together, while the frame and cushions can be stacked for efficient storage. Elastic belts support the seat, and water-repellent lining protects the foam from moisture.

Filicudi: A Lamp and a Vase

Andrea Pedrali‘s Filicudi offers a dual-purpose solution: a rechargeable lamp that, when the diffuser is removed for charging, converts into a watertight flower vase. The lamp features a grooved extruded aluminium column and a polycarbonate diffuser, available in several finishes. Magnets allow multiple units to charge simultaneously, saving space in commercial settings. With three brightness levels and no visible cables, Filicudi suits hospitality tables and outdoor terraces alike.

Jeff: A System of Volumes

Patrick Norguet’s Jeff sofa system focuses on architectural balance. Each module, linear, corner, or chaise, features non-deformable polyurethane foam resting on a slightly raised plywood base. The backrests and cushions combine squared edges with rounded contours, while piping details add structure. New compact modules answer contemporary space requirements without sacrificing modularity or comfort.

New Versions of Nemea and Accessories

Nemea, now ten years old, gains an American walnut version. The wood’s distinctive grain adds richness to the collection, which includes options with woven cellulose rope seats or fully upholstered variants. Additional pieces like the Blume Sideboard by Sebastian Herkner and the compact Diego tables by Jorge Pensi expand Pedrali with adaptable, well-constructed furnishings.

Indoor areas featured the Frank and Rizz tables by Robin Rizzini, Héra Lounge and Héra Soft by Patrick Jouin, Blume coffee tables and sideboards by Sebastian Herkner, the sculptural Ester Lounge, and Ila armchairs, also by Jouin. Outdoor installations included the Nolita Sofa and Nolita Relax by CMP Design, Guinea and Philía chairs, Caementum tables by Marco Merendi & Diego Vencato, and the lightweight Elliot tables by Patrick Jouin. Pedrali continues to refine its material processes across each release. Whether through energy-efficient lighting, recyclable components, or modular engineering, the 2025 collections maintain a clear direction: thoughtful furniture made for real spaces and evolving needs.
