Gervasoni returns to Salone del Mobile 2025 with Atay, a stand designed by Concetta Giannangeli that interprets the Moroccan tea ceremony Atay Bi Naa Naa as a model of hospitality. Tthe stand presents more than a design showcase, it offers an immersive environment shaped by ritual, memory, and contemporary sensibility.
Fluid geometries, natural materials, and a rich palette guide visitors through a sensory experience. Each element encourages a sense of warmth and intimacy, aligning with Gervasoni’s philosophy of designing spaces that always feel inviting. Atay unfolds through different indoor and outdoor settings, where each space acts as a snapshot of life shaped by authentic living.

Crafting Atmosphere Through Comfort and Form
The indoor areas of Atay present four different sofa interpretations, each reflecting Gervasoni’s vision of comfort. The modular Loll sofa sets the tone with generous volumes and graphic clarity, complemented by compositions of Next and Gray tables by Paola Navone. Above, Spin 95 and Spin 96 pendant lamps by Michael Sodeau bring gentle curves to the composition, while Log tables and Sweet mirrors create playful rhythm along the walls.
In a nearby setting, the iconic Ghost modular sofa by Paola Navone forms a circular arrangement around a trio of Heiko tables by David Lopez Quincoces. The delicate balance between the sofa’s fluid structure and the clay texture of the tables defines the installation’s material contrast. Overhead, Brass lamps by Paola Navone cascade at varied heights, building a dynamic field of reflections and shadows.

Further along, the Samet High sofa by Federica Biasi introduces a refined approach to modularity and comfort, enhanced by the new Pajama 95 and Pajama 96 suspension lamps designed by René Barba. These soft, voluminous lighting elements pair with Brise tables and Inout cement bottles to create a colorful and sculptural atmosphere.

Completing the indoor journey, the Samet Fix sofa offers a new fixed option with the same graceful presence of the original Samet line. Paired with the enveloping Loll 09 armchair and Loll 08 pouf, the final living area highlights a balance between structural strength and visual softness.
Two indoor dining spaces showcase Gervasoni’s expertise in material experimentation. The first features the new Brick 143 table by Paola Navone, anchored by stacked stoneware legs and surrounded by lightweight Allu chairs. The second presents the sculptural Mae 33 table by Marco Acerbis, paired with the comfortable Mae 24 armchairs and the updated Ghost 125 chair, now featuring padded arms and legs. A Daen sideboard by Federico Peri, topped by a Pajama 96 lamp, completes the composition with textured warmth.

Living Spaces Under Open Skies
The first outdoor area spotlights the Mediterraneo collection by Francesco Meda, crafted in natural teak. Sofas, armchairs, a bench, and tables reflect a coherent vision built on simplicity and attention to material character. Sculptural Eidos 24 seats by Gabriele and Oscar Buratti introduce an architectural note, while Ripple 195 floor lamps by René Barba and Inout table-poufs animate the scene with subtle lightness.

Moving into the second outdoor environment, the Mates modular sofa by Federica Biasi takes center stage, offering flexibility for both social gatherings and personal retreats. Nearby, the Torii table by Studio Adolini references Japanese design, surrounded by Hashi 24 chairs with teak frames and woven Jacquard backs, and the new Colette 22 chairs by Marta Giardini.
The setting also features the tactile presence of the Kasane 36 clay-covered table by nendo and Zelo chairs from Rex Kralj. Small islands of relaxation form around Mates 04 poufs, complemented by Eidos 143 tables and compact side tables from the Brise and Inout series.

The final outdoor zone introduces the Guna collection by Chiara Andreatti, where light structures and modular cushions evoke nomadic and multicultural influences. Guna 01 and Guna 02 charpoys combine with Guna 11 and Guna 12 coffee tables to create a relaxed, open-air living room shaped by ritual and hospitality.

A Contemporary Vision Rooted in Ritual and Craft
With Atay, Gervasoni transforms its Salone del Mobile presentation into a living space that reflects a deeper approach to design. Each element, from individual furniture pieces to the stand’s overall composition, participates in an experience shaped by aesthetics, memory, and the culture of hospitality. Through a careful dialogue between tradition and contemporary living, Gervasoni affirms its role in creating environments that welcome and inspire.
