Design studio Paco Lago Interioriza has recently completed its latest project in Malaga, Spain – 404 Not Found. 404 Not Found is a space intended to evoke strong feelings and is distinguished by an exceptional nighttime experience. Paco Lago Interioriza takes on this rebellious project with the goal of entirely revolutionizing the perception of a disco, which in its original form is very different from the idea that our team develops.
Since the brand was built on the understanding of the message of 404 and Error/Not Found, the use of components that create a game with the senses and excite a very specific target: the Generation Z, has been a crucial component.
The space in Malaga’s Plaza de San Francisco aims to break from its entrance with the surrounding historic area. The electric blue drapes with their chilly slats hint at what you’ll discover inside and serve as the ideal portent for how this nightclub will act.
404 Not Found has completed developing in its physical form with a space created by and for social networks where mirrors and various reflex elements distort perception, creating a sense of amplitude and loss of borders in a space with condensed dimensions, without compromising the acoustical comfort protected by coatings.

A bold look at the idea of 404 Not Found, with latent mistakes in our society that include war, religion, and politics, inspired this project’s concept, aesthetic/moral play in what is supposed to be a nocturnal environment, which included components like murals and videos with social messages.
This ground-breaking nighttime environment is further enhanced with superb neon-painted graffiti by Malaga-based visual artist Le Petit Kaiser, which is the ideal combination to round out a fun experience from all angles.
The 404 Not Found error code is the definition of an experience that transcends nightclub design; it is the open door to a space full of provocations for a digitally advanced society looking for one-of-a-kind encounters.
