Jacob Arabo, founder of Jacob & Co, has extended his vision beyond horology and high jewelry into large-scale architecture with the unveiling of Aureum Estate by Jacob & Co. Valued at $150 million, the residence in Dubai Hills positions itself as a benchmark of ultra-luxury living, merging craftsmanship, engineering, and design innovation into a livable work of art.
RESIDENTIAL
Spanning nearly 42,000 square feet across three levels, the villa balances grandeur with intimacy. The program includes seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, a private spa with hammam, ice room, and sauna, a professional-grade cinema, gentleman’s lounge, dual kitchens, and dedicated staff quarters. Every element is conceived to serve both family living and large-scale hospitality.

Arabo describes the estate as an extension of his lifelong pursuit of artistry: “Every material, every line, and every space reflects uncompromising craftsmanship and visionary design. This is not just a home, it is an immersive experience where art, innovation, and luxury converge.” Drawing from his upbringing and three decades of design leadership, the project transforms his aesthetic language into stone, glass, and space.
The estate’s façade, hand-sketched and executed by a team of 14 designers and 8 architects, combines structural precision with sculptural presence. Each material was selected for rarity and provenance, Triple-A grade marble from a single Italian quarry, illuminated natural stone made possible through weight-reduction technology, and chandeliers crafted by artisans in Italy and the Czech Republic.

Situated just minutes from Burj Khalifa, Palm Jumeirah, and Dubai Opera, Aureum Estate commands a strategic location within Dubai Hills. Overlooking the golf course, it offers both serenity and proximity, reinforcing Dubai’s rise as a global capital for design-driven living. With limited inventory in the enclave, the residence stands as a singular opportunity within the city’s most elite neighborhood.
Every zone of Aureum Estate is designed with both spectacle and function in mind. Outdoor areas include a pool with DJ booth and catering facilities, while interior highlights range from a cigar and billiards lounge to a wine cellar, VIP salon, and a tea room inspired by regional traditions. This duality, between entertainment and intimacy, reflects the architectural ambition of creating a complete environment for varied lifestyles.

Technical innovation supports the estate’s bold design language. Among its regional firsts are an outdoor cooling system allowing year-round exterior comfort, hospital-grade air filtration, and advanced smart-home capabilities programmable within 24 hours. Windows integrate cooling and humidity drainage, while water recycling systems purify greywater for landscaping. Motion-sensitive security ensures privacy without compromise.
Each material is treated as narrative. Marble required a 12-month waitlist and consultant oversight; onyx originally destined for a Sotheby’s auction was repurposed for the central bar. Furniture is conceived as one-of-a-kind pieces, while custom rock features and bonsai installations reinforce the home’s sculptural dimension.
Aureum Estate by Jacob & Co reimagines the private residence as a synthesis of art, architecture, and technology. In creating a space where innovation coexists with opulence, Jacob Arabo delivers a vision of domestic life that is as ambitious as his most intricate timepieces.
