Related Group and legendary Italian design house Pininfarina have broken ground on Andare Residences, a luxury condominium tower set to rise on Las Olas Boulevard. With 46 stories and a height of over 540 feet, Andare will become the tallest residential building in Broward County. The project includes 163 residences, with more than half already sold, including a penthouse that set a new pricing benchmark at $16 million.

This development marks the first luxury condo offering on Las Olas in two decades. “We’ve spent years contributing to this city,” said Nick Pérez, President of Related’s Condominium Division. “With Andare, we’re offering an elevated living experience in the center of Fort Lauderdale’s cultural and commercial energy.”

Pininfarina’s Design Vision Takes Shape

Pininfarina, globally recognized for shaping some of the most iconic automobiles for Ferrari, Maserati, and Rolls-Royce, brings its architectural expertise to Andare. Collaborating with CFE Architects and Architectural Alliance Landscaping, the team created a tower that echoes Fort Lauderdale’s maritime setting. Curved wraparound balconies give the building a flowing silhouette, reminiscent of ocean waves and coastal lines.

Samuele Sordi, Chief Architect Officer at Pininfarina of America, described the project as “a vertical narrative of flowing lines and luminous space,” designed to reflect both setting and lifestyle. “This tower is more than a residence. It’s shaped by beauty, community, and purpose.”

Residences Designed for Modern Living

Andare’s homes range from 1,800 to over 4,300 square feet and feature layouts focused on light, openness, and liveability. Floor-to-ceiling windows and oversized balconies support indoor-outdoor living, while smart home technology integrates convenience throughout.

Kitchens come outfitted with Italian cabinetry and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. Bathrooms include soaking tubs, frameless glass showers, and Hansgrohe fixtures, all set against full-height tiling. Each home balances high-end finish with practical comfort, offering residents a complete living experience.
