From the designers: As Creative Director Adam Court says, BARNETT dining chair is “about a timeless grace, classical elegance and was designed to be realised in leather, allowing the saddle stitch detail to form part of the chairs tailored aesthetic.”

The timber frame of BARNETT is a curvaceous cradle that holds the seat, somewhat saddle like, the frame and seat are two separate and defined elements that come together to create an impactful and characterful unison. Barnett is a “character” that complete a space and can be fully customised from a broad range of timbers and upholstery.

At OKHA, we like raw natural materials that add value to the design. Timber and leather are some of our primary go-to materials. Court explores these materials in depth to understand their “multiple personalities and range of expression, timber has countless forms of expression and one can get happily lost there.”

OKHA designs are focused on craftsmanship, comfort and a distinctive and recognisable individuality that compliment and contribute to the interior narrative of spaces.
