The Cité de l'Océan et du Surf Museum (Museum of Ocean and Serf) designed by Steven Holl Architects in collaboration with Solange Fabiao will house an exhibition area, auditorium, restaurant, cafeteria, offices and a plaza within the masterplan. Located in Biarritz it will have a role to raise the awareness of oceanic issues and explore educational and scientific aspects of the sea and surf.
