How convenient isn't it? A perfect little red shark, nice touch in Axiom Law Offices. Located in a legendary Puck Building in New York city, Axiom Law Offices is a work of BHDM Design practice.

As a company that prides itself on innovation, non-traditional business models, and energetic and diverse staff, the design for Axiom Law was to embody all these qualities of the brand, while acknowledging and maintaining the historical context of the Puck Building in NYC. BHDM’s response was to create a spirited space, celebrating the historical finishes of the Puck, while updating the space to function for Axiom’s modern day officing needs.
Core conference and team rooms were pushed to the perimeter, and clad with custom metal and glass curtain walls; “living rooms” provided public spaces for break out and larger group meetings. Custom desking and pedestal files were installed in the middle of the office, maximizing team interaction, and taking advantage of the skylights above. Furnishings are quirky and whimsical, building on an eclectic vocabulary of mid-century, contemporary, reclaimed and found pieces. BHDM created custom graphics for textiles throughout, including an ombre shark cuff on draperies, and a stylized map of the Soho area for overscaled skylight shades.
