Our aim was to detail an intelligent and harmonious new assembly building, our solution was a radically simple architectural strategy for the new Federal National Council (FNC). Inspired by Islamic art and geometry we developed a sophisticated monolithic cube form. The new FNC assembly building is envisaged as a clear statement of leadership and confidence. Our proposal made direct use of water to frame the FNC assembly function and to provide a focus for the administrative and operational activities through a major formal courtyard garden.
