Take a Look Inside Waterline Square's Starchitect-Designed Luxury Rental Residences

Take an exclusive first look inside the stunning luxury, starchitect-designed rental residences at Waterline Square, the three-tower luxury residential development on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. The residences feature beautiful interiors by celebrated designers Champalimaud Design, Yabu Pushelberg and Groves & Co. complemented by architecture from Rafael Viñoly Architects, Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates and Richard Meier & Partners Architects. Take a look at the complete story after the jump.

Ranging from studios to four-bedroom residences, the chic, expansive homes offer four palette variations and a rich selection of stones and woods not often found in rental residences. Caesarstone backsplashes and countertops with waterfall islands, custom wood-paneled vanities and polished chrome Grohe fixtures adorn the kitchens and bathrooms. The homes feature condo-level perks like kitchen islands, walk-in closets, wine refrigerators, fully-integrated appliance packages designed by Bosch, vented washer-dryers and five-fixture bathrooms, making for a truly elevated offering.

Interior Marketing Group furnished the new model homes within Waterline Square, using custom furnishings, patterned wallpaper and bold artwork to transform the interiors of nine luxury units into turn-key homes. IMG’s design team paired minimalist, modern furnishings with eclectic pieces to create dynamic, modern living spaces. Designed to accentuate the stunning Hudson River views and modern architecture, each unit has its own personality. You can imagine a family reading bedtime stories to their child in the pink nursery, a design-forward couple cooking dinner while watching the sunset over the water, and more. Each home was curated to reflect the design sentiment of its individual tower, pulling inspiration from the sculptural walls and floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase remarkable water and park views.
