The renowned designer TOKUJIN YOSHIOKA was in charge of the design for the recently opened ISSEY MIYAKE London Flagship store. The store is located in the prestige Brook street in London.
People feel admiration for two kinds of time; unseen future and cultivated long history. ISSEY MIYAKE new flagship store at Brook st. in London expresses the contrast by between
the architectural textures created over long time and the blue aluminum dyed like a fabric. Like Issey Miyake’s creation, the idea of incorporating technology and hand work is echoed in the store. – from Tokujin Yoshioka
