ICE in collaboration with local architects Trinity & Associates won a second prize in an international competition for DC6 – Dragon City, a high density mixed use beach resort near Ho Chi Minh City. The design was focused on maximizing views, privacy and environmental aspects, to resolve the disadvantages of density.
