For the first time on our pages a project by Patterson Associates Ltd, who got some really good news these days with a confirmation of a financial boost for the construction of their Len Lye Centre project. The striking design responds to the work of famed filmmaker Len Lye, the facade shows impressively twisted ribbons of solid steel while carefully letting the light take the interior of the building. 

With the new funding estimated price of the construction will reach up to $10m, the gallery in the centre and its surrounding activities are planned to attract more than 50,000 visitors per year.
