From the architects: The project was conceived as an icon in reference to the image of the company. Starting from the restructuring of an old house and adding new surface, it was possible to respond to a complex program that responds stratified to the operation of the company. Located in front of a green space, all the visuals were used without losing the necessary privacy. A double skin was generated, a filter that gives character to the façade and highlights it from the environment using color as a defining element in the design and impact of the building, transforming it into a disruptive element without a doubt.

It was conceived as a dynamic organism in movement – changing and it was achieved by incorporating motorized shutters included in the double skin of perforated plates in different densities and sizes that give rhythm and allow the image and permeability of the facade to be mutated according to the needs or the requirements of the moment.
4 floors articulated by a vertical circulation core with natural lighting in all its spaces provide a high degree of quality and spatial warmth, a fundamental design premise.
The expansion and service spaces as well as the meeting areas on each floor ensure a controlled movement of personnel.
The building was conceived as a reference beacon with international projection, reflecting the spirit and essence of the company, managing to establish itself in the environment with firmness and personality.
