From the architects: It is a project born together with two coffee-loving entrepreneurs who ventured into creating a new brand from the purchase of their own roastery.
Located in the heart of Córdoba city, it seeks to achieve a point of comfort and rest from the noise and the urban maelstrom.
The concept of this coffee shop refers to a vintage allusion of the 60’s, with special emphasis on an intense color palette, accompanied by equipment and lighting with curved shapes that soften the interior and are reminiscent of the American West Coast Dinners.
The existing building has a structure that did not allow the integration of an open floor plan, so a roasting area and store (next to the services: kitchen and bathrooms), and the larger area for the lounge and main bar were generated.
The façade functions as a habitable window in which a future take-away area coexists with a bar and display cabinet on the other side of the entrance with a view of the city.
Within this space, the exhibition of objects and coffee shop products that make up the Santa Luz store stands out.
