The 5 Star art and design oasis that is NOŪS Santorini was shaped by two architecture practices Divercity Architects and MplusM Architects. The resort’s architecture, in its concept and design, celebrates the island’s architectural heritage through modern interpretation. NOŪS’s design ethos, influenced by Santorini’s distinctive murals and ‘kouloura’ vine knitting, radiates throughout its earthy and warm color palette, enhancing the resort’s connection to its historic roots.

The expansive 119-room hotel part of the chain owned by the Joannou family and Dakis Joannou is also a strong example how a hotel can celebrate and uphold young artists. Something of a signature for a Joannou’s hotel, where each corner and even individual rooms are dedicated to server as art galleries in its own right.Reflecting this ethos, NOŪS proudly stands as a member of Design Hotels, maintaining the YES! Hotel group’s innovative spirit since it launched Greece‘s first Design Hotel with Semiramis in 2004.

Art also takes center stage at NOŪS, where an extensive collection of works by 12 contemporary Greek artists, curated by Nadia Argyropoulou, infuses each space with creative energy.
