The installation invites guests to explore the new Seadeck Series yachts’ environmental technologies and experience the essence of this line – returning to nature. As a result, sustainable and recyclable materials were incorporated into its construction, such as the flooring made from two million recycled bottle corks that will be repurposed as architectural insulation.

This cutting-edge idea was conceived and developed in collaboration with Alberto Mancini and Matteo Thun & Antonio Rodriguez, who are all making their first appearances in the world of sailing,

We need to change our way of understanding sustainability, our mentality and our approach to nature. We designed The Sea Deck to give visitors the opportunity to experience the relationship with the waters of the Darsena and the urban space in an unexpected way, and discover a hidden piece of nature in Milan.
– said the architect Michele De Lucchi.
