A defining feature of this project lies in its flawless integration of natural finishing materials. Wood, stone, and iron aren’t mere elements but integral characters woven into the fabric of the home. They bridge the sleek, contemporary design elements with the comforting embrace of a family-centered environment.

Upon stepping onto the main floor, spanning a generous 75 square meters, visitors are greeted by the expansive living area, adorned with light natural oak parquet flooring exuding both warmth and elegance. This flooring choice not only complements the minimalist design but also serves as evidence of its durability, catering to the practical needs of a family home.

The kitchen emerges as a focal point of design finesse, with tall, dark smoked oak cabinets providing contrast against the bright ambiance. A central white island topped with a light countertop offers a serene workspace, while a unique hanging light fixture above accentuates the textures and tones beneath, merging iron and wood in artful harmony.

The design of DI Apartment integrates indoor and outdoor spaces, with large windows and open layouts inviting natural light to flood every corner. Yet, amidst this openness, there’s a clear delineation of areas dedicated to various family activities, ensuring each member has their own niche within this modern yet inviting abode.
