de Architekten Cie. and Lada Hrcak from HL Architecture's winning proposal for the design of Public Service Hall in Georgia. While the ground floor is accommodating office space, upper level is imagined as an open public space. Competition was organized by The Ministry of Justice of Georgia.
From the Architects:
Municipal services housed under the coffered ceiling are arranged in a free plan. This space where 250 services can be obtained, is composed of five sectors – islands with the proposed two minute waiting time. Eight PSH’s are in the process of being realized and eight new ones are soon to come.
