Carpet Designer Jan Kath is known for his wide range of award-winning carpet design, the latest to catch the eye is Spacecrafted. The images of our galaxy, stars as well as the moon surface shape Kath’s Spacecrafted collection. All of the carpets are carefully crafted from materials such as wool and silk.

Kath is known for his combination of classic elements seen in Oriental carpets and the best of modern techniques. His often minimal collections also are known for the photo realistic usage. The photography or realistic motifs is applied to the carpets in the Jan Kath workshops in Kathmandu in Nepal.
